About the service
What is SIMORA Calls?
SIMORA Calls is a service for outgoing calls to supported phone numbers over the internet. You can use the website, the Telegram bot or the Android app with one account.
Do I need to install an app?
No. You can call directly from the website. You can also use the SIMORA Calls Telegram bot or the Android application.
How do I start using SIMORA Calls?
Create an account, confirm your email, sign in, purchase a minute package and open the dialer. Then enter a supported number in international format and call.
Can I receive incoming calls?
No. SIMORA Calls is designed for outgoing calls only and does not provide a personal number for receiving calls.
Calls and destinations
Which countries can I call?
Calls are available only to destinations currently enabled by SIMORA Calls. The supported destination list can change, and the service checks the destination before the call.
Can I call both mobile and landline numbers?
Availability depends on the country and number type. A destination may support mobile numbers, landlines or both. If a route is not supported, the call will not be allowed.
How should I enter a phone number?
Use international format: +, country code and phone number, for example +972541234567. Do not rely on a local-format number without a country code.
Do I need a SIM card to make calls?
No. Calls use your internet connection. A stable Wi-Fi or mobile-data connection is required.
Can I call over Wi-Fi or mobile data?
Yes. SIMORA Calls works over the internet. Call quality depends on the stability and latency of your connection.
What happens if my minutes run out during a call?
The active call is automatically ended when the available minute balance is exhausted.
Minute packages
Which minute packages are available?
SIMORA Calls currently offers 100, 300 and 500 minute packages. Current prices are shown on the website before purchase.
How long are purchased minutes valid?
All purchased minutes are valid only until the end of the current calendar month, regardless of the purchase date.
Do unused minutes roll over to the next month?
No. Unused minutes expire at 00:00 on the first day of the next calendar month and are not carried forward.
Can I buy another package before my current minutes run out?
Yes. You can purchase another package. Added minutes remain subject to the same end-of-current-month expiry rule.
Payments and refunds
How can I pay for a package?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The available methods shown at checkout may include a bank card and supported digital wallets such as Google Pay or Apple Pay, depending on the device and availability.
Does SIMORA Calls store my card number or CVC?
No. Card details are handled by Stripe. SIMORA Calls does not store the full card number or CVC.
When are minutes added after payment?
Minutes are added automatically after SIMORA Calls receives confirmation of a successful payment from Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Refund availability depends on the state of the package. If minutes have not been used, a full refund may be available. If part of the package has been used, a refund can be limited to the unused portion.
Why does a payment show “Pending”?
“Pending” means the payment attempt was created but has not been confirmed as successful. Abandoned attempts are later marked as not completed instead of remaining pending forever.
Account and security
How do I create an account and sign in?
Registration uses email confirmation. Sign-in can also require a one-time verification code sent to your email for additional security.
What if I forget my password?
Use the password recovery option on the sign-in page. A verification code will be sent to your email so you can set a new password.
Can I use one account on several devices?
Yes. The same account can be used on supported SIMORA Calls clients. The Security section shows active sessions and helps you review account activity.
Telegram and Android
How do I use SIMORA Calls in Telegram?
Open the official Telegram bot @SimoraCallsBot. The bot launches the SIMORA Calls interface inside Telegram.
Which interface languages are supported?
SIMORA Calls supports English, Russian, Hebrew, French, Ukrainian and German. Hebrew uses right-to-left layout.
Does the Android app support Bluetooth headsets?
Yes. The Android app supports compatible Bluetooth audio devices. Connect the headset before the call and select the appropriate audio route if needed.
Troubleshooting
Why does the browser ask for microphone access?
The browser needs microphone permission for voice calls. If microphone access is denied, a call may not start correctly or the other person may not hear you.
Why can a call fail or end immediately?
Common causes include an unsupported destination, an incorrectly entered number, insufficient or expired minutes, denied microphone permission, an unstable internet connection or temporary route unavailability.
What should I do if I cannot hear the other person or they cannot hear me?
Check microphone permission, device volume, mute status and the selected audio output. If you use Bluetooth, confirm that the headset is connected and selected. Then retry the call.
Where can I see my call history and minute balance?
Your account shows the current minute balance and call history. Package and payment information is available in the relevant account sections.
Why can a destination that worked before become unavailable?
Destination availability can change because routes or number types may be enabled or disabled. SIMORA Calls always applies the current supported-destination rules at call time.
Can I use SIMORA Calls for emergency calls?
Do not rely on SIMORA Calls for emergency services. Use your local mobile or fixed-line operator and the official emergency number available in your location.
